Sooza is an American brass band from Gainesville, FL, that has spent over seven years redefining what brass music can be. With five horn players and a drummer, the band blends Afro-Cuban rhythms, djent-style metal, punk energy, and second-line traditions into a genre-blending force of sound.

What began in local venues quickly grew into performances at schools and festivals along the East Coast, eventually cementing Sooza as the signature horn line of Florida. Their explosive, high-energy performances and raw sound continue to inspire a new generation of musicians to pick up their horns - and use them with intention. 

Now, Sooza is preparing to release their new album Undeniable - a cinematic, full-volume celebration of movement, power, and resistance. The record imagines humanity as an unbroken hornline: unified, ever-evolving, and loud. From the reimagined Italian anti-facist anthem “Bella Ciao” to the chaotic dreamscape of “Gunk Palace,” Undeniable channels protest, joy, and storytelling into a single, living groove.
